Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director at Marriott International, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with hotel management to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales and marketing will be essential in creating and implementing effective sales plans, managing sales teams, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

* 4+ years of hotel sales management experience
* 3-5 years sales management experience
* Strong knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills
* Ability to travel
* Requires the ability to hear, speak, read and write English fluently
* Requires effective business writing skills
* Vision to read fine print and computer screens, to see colors, to observe rooms in poorly lit conditions
