Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Directors of Operations and Engineering to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Oversee the sales operation, including domestic and international equipment sales
- Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of management experience in leading and building a team
- Food processing industry experience preferred
- Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business field
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales
- Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to work with Salesforce CRM
We offer a competitive salary range of $192,000 to $245,000, 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision, a 401k with match, and PTO.
