We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Director to join our team at Lucky Lincoln Gaming. As the primary point of contact for service, inventory, and product knowledge, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across our Northern Illinois region.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize customer needs and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Create and maintain accurate reports on operational performance.
  • Develop training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge.
  • Manage project progress and scheduling for the Service Team.
  • Cultivate relationships with manufacturers and dealers to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching to improve results.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist with budgeting and evaluate ROI on investments.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading operations with multiple locations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a similar service or operations role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience creating and streamlining successful operational teams.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
