Regional Sales Director, Enterprise Leader

The Regional Sales Director, Enterprise Leader will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company's annual revenue and booking quota for assigned region. This role requires a successful sales leader who can hire, train, develop and manage a team of Regional Sales Executives that consistently exceeds annual revenue quota for the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the activities of Regional Sales Executives within assigned region to ensure company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded.
  • Establishes department measurements to manage and report progress toward revenue plan goals.
  • Ensures Regional Sales Executives maintain a high number of weekly new face-to-face prospect meetings.

This position requires a strong ability to create sales presentations messages, position statements, and other sales collateral. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of successful experience selling software products and 5+ years successfully managing a team of sales executives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a business or technical related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of successful experience selling software products.
  • 5+ years successfully managing a team of sales executives.
