Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently in search of Aerospace Quality Assurance Inspectors with expertise in FA-18 aircraft to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes quality assurance and safety protocols to ensure adherence to contract specifications and relevant regulations.
  • Conducts inspections across various stages of goods, services, or operations to verify compliance with established quality, health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Guarantees that all services outlined in the performance requirement summary are executed satisfactorily.
  • Identifies areas for inspection (both scheduled and unscheduled) and determines the frequency of these inspections.
  • Communicates any deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintains comprehensive Quality Assurance documentation.
  • Records outcomes of all inspections conducted.

This role requires 100% onsite presence.

Security Clearance Requirement: This position necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which mandates U.S. Citizenship.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Aerospace Inspection.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or process inspections.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime, with some positions requiring rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate. Please include your certificate number on your resume if applicable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or inspection on complex jet-powered aircraft, with a background in military, airline, or certified repair stations.
  • Familiarity with F/A-18 or F-15 products.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education and experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) along with 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).

Relocation Policy:

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or be prepared to relocate at their own expense.

Shift Details:

This position involves variable shifts.

Salary Range: Compensation is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
