  • Serve as an impartial evaluator for Software Quality and Software Development, pinpointing best practices and potential enhancements.
  • Examine and delineate SQE workflow processes for automation support within Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
  • Collaborate with SQE teams to unify and elevate software quality across projects.

**Job Title:** Intermediate Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Boeing Company is seeking an Intermediate Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our customer-centric Software Quality Engineering team. This role involves establishing and maintaining SQE methodologies, tools, metrics, and training while fostering a culture of excellence.

**Basic Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in software quality assurance/engineering and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AS9115, DO-178 standards, DevSecOps, and associated tools.

**Education and Experience:**

Typically gained through advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, combined with 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
