The Boeing Company is seeking Quality Assurance Inspectors to become part of our team.

Work Environment:

This role requires 100% onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality assurance and safety protocols to ensure adherence to contract specifications and relevant regulations.
  • Conduct inspections across various phases of products and services to verify compliance with established quality, health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Ensure all services outlined in the performance requirement summary are executed satisfactorily.
  • Determine inspection areas (both scheduled and unscheduled) and establish inspection frequency.
  • Report deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance documentation.
  • Record outcomes of all inspections conducted.

Security Clearance:

This position necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Aerospace Inspection.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or process inspections.
  • 3+ years of experience in reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, with some positions requiring rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections.
  • Background in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with F-15 and other fighter aircraft operations and checks.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or Technical College certification.

Relocation Policy:

This position does not provide relocation assistance. Candidates must reside in the local area or cover relocation costs independently.

Shift Information:

This position may involve 1st and/or 2nd shifts.

Compensation Overview:

Summary pay range: $80,000/Annually

Additional Pay: $1.00/hourly for Airframe Certification; $1.00/hourly for Powerplant Certification; $2.00/hourly for both Airframe & Powerplant Certifications.

Export Control Compliance: This position must adhere to U.S. Government Export Control requirements. A "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
