Customer Success Catalyst

We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you'll drive customer account growth through persuasive storytelling supported by data. You'll take ownership of the NRR metric, measure and communicate impact, and coordinate with Account Managers to drive large upsell opportunities for enterprise customers.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Deeply understanding our customers' most pressing challenges
* Collaborating closely with our sales and product teams to successful onboard and implement Rilla
* Leveraging data and financial analysis to drive account growth
The ideal candidate will have experience in world-class customer success management, account management, project management, or operations. Familiarity with conversation intelligence products, G Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Mixpanel, and Planhat is a plus.
We offer an estimated total compensation of up to ~$250,000, with significant upside due to Rilla's trajectory. This doesn't even account for the plethora of additional benefits.
