About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and identifying customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services with client list and script.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update Salesforce software with relevant information.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound calling with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail in managing customer information.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive commission-based salary with bonus opportunities. Our estimated annual salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and performance.
