Position Overview

The Client Service Coordinator serves as an entry-level role within the investment sector, presenting various career advancement opportunities and long-term development. In this capacity, you will assist our consulting team by efficiently and accurately managing the preparation and dissemination of client reports, projects, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include supporting a team of investment professionals while delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, proofreading, editing, and compiling client communications, including quarterly reports, investment manager insights, meeting materials, and special initiatives.
  • Utilizing and overseeing planning and scheduling tools to effectively manage tasks, including coordinating manager presentations, teleconferences, and scheduling client quarterly reports.
  • Maintaining accurate client investment committee lists; collecting and updating information quarterly from clients as necessary, ensuring distribution lists are current.
  • Collaborating with team members, including offsite consultants and other departments, to foster an efficient workflow process that surpasses client expectations.
  • Assisting with various ad hoc projects within the Client Services team and performing additional related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Communications being advantageous.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in a professional office setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with effective time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail in proofreading.
