Position Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will handle a substantial volume of incoming customer inquiries while efficiently navigating various systems to provide answers and resolve issues.
We prioritize a People First approach, ensuring our customers are at the forefront of our operations.
Customer Engagement Representatives must possess strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and a conversational tone. The ability to maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly evaluate information and make informed decisions
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and swiftly navigate various systems
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
