Position Overview
The Client Service Coordinator serves as an entry-level role within the investment sector, presenting various career trajectories and opportunities for advancement. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in supporting our consulting efforts by efficiently managing the preparation and dissemination of client reports, projects, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include assisting an internal team of investment experts while delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Formatting, proofreading, editing, and compiling client communications, which encompass quarterly reports, investment manager insights, meeting documentation, and special initiatives.
- Utilizing and maintaining organizational and scheduling tools to effectively execute tasks, including coordinating manager presentations, teleconferences, and scheduling client quarterly reports.
- Accurately updating and maintaining client investment committee lists; gathering information from clients quarterly or as required, while ensuring distribution lists are precise.
- Collaborating with team members, including offsite consultants and other departments, to foster an efficient workflow process that surpasses client expectations.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects across the Client Services team and undertaking other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Communications being advantageous.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a professional office setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a strong commitment to deadlines, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with effective time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for proofreading.
