About the Position:
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty and urgent care teams while warmly welcoming and assisting our visitors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Education and Support: Guide clients and referring veterinarians regarding our extensive services, providing empathetic support both over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Management: Aid clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Effective Communication: Skillfully manage reminder and follow-up communications through both phone and email, keeping clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Management: Diligently update and maintain client and pet records, ensuring a precise approach to detail.
Compensation:
  • $18 - $24 based on knowledge and experience.
Work Schedule:
  • Three 12-hour shifts, including one weekend shift.
  • Three holiday shifts annually.
