POSITION SUMMARY

The Invoicing Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing billing processes and liaising directly with clients. This position ensures that all customers are accurately charged by maintaining meticulous records and addressing any billing-related concerns. The Specialist fosters positive communication between the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and manage client accounts
  • Review and dispatch invoices to clients directly or via customer portals
  • Resolve account discrepancies
  • Guarantee accurate billing for services rendered
  • Train and mentor Customer Service Representatives on invoicing and concierge responsibilities
  • Reconcile Fuel Sales Reports
  • Invoice monthly tenant hangar rentals
  • Perform additional duties as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Patience and excellent listening skills are essential
  • Ability to maintain composure and courtesy under pressure
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Previous experience in the aviation sector is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must successfully pass FAA and Homeland Security background checks, as well as a pre-employment drug screening.
