Technical Solutions Engineer

Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Customer Engineer to enhance our service offerings at Stay Gold Solutions. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the sales team to identify potential clients and engage in the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique features and advantages of our offerings.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges to create tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving inquiries and concerns during the pre-sales phase.
- Develop and present technical proposals and solution designs that align with customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements for product improvement.
- Execute proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate the effectiveness of our solutions, fostering trust and satisfaction among clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, engaging with potential clients and showcasing our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field (Network/Security/Pre-Sales Engineering) is essential.
- Proven expertise as a Customer Engineer or in a technical sales role, particularly within the information security sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to varied audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative thinking.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and industry events.
Compensation: Stay Gold Solutions is committed to offering competitive compensation packages. The salary for this position will be determined based on qualifications and relevant experience. The expected annual base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD, complemented by stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus for non-commissioned roles.
