Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Engineer to enhance our service delivery at Stay Gold Solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge to provide exceptional support and guidance to our esteemed clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service, resolving intricate technical challenges, and implementing robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales department to identify potential clients and actively engage in the sales cycle from initial discussions to finalizing agreements.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that effectively highlight the features, advantages, and value of our offerings.
  • Analyze customer needs and business hurdles, crafting innovative solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Offer technical expertise and support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns during the pre-sales phase.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications that align with customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide insights on product improvements and stay informed about the latest updates.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate the effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering trust.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, engaging with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Network/Security/Pre-Sales Engineering.
  • Strong technical foundation with proven experience as a Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales/technical sales capacity, ideally within the information security sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and devise innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and industry events.

Compensation:

Stay Gold Solutions is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation packages. The salary for this position will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The expected annual base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD, complemented by stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus for non-commissioned roles.
