Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales department to identify potential clients and engage in the sales cycle from initial discussions to deal closure.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique features and advantages of our offerings.
- Analyze customer requirements and business challenges to create customized solutions that address their specific needs.
- Offer technical support and insights to clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns during the pre-sales phase.
- Draft and present technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications that align with customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, suggest enhancements, and stay informed about the latest product updates.
- Facilitate proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate the effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and building trust.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, actively engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Network/Security/Pre-Sales Engineering.
- Strong technical foundation with proven experience as a Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales/technical sales capacity, ideally within the information security sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and industry events.
Compensation:
Stay Gold Solutions is committed to offering fair and competitive compensation packages. The salary for this position will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. For successful candidates, the expected annual base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary plus commission target (for sales roles) will range from $160,000 to $180,000 USD. Our comprehensive packages also include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus for non-commissioned roles.
