Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of practical work experience in the automotive industry.
  • ASE certifications highly valued, but not required; willingness to obtain certifications if not currently held.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connection with students and fellow staff.
  • Patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace.
