Role Overview:

The Sales Associate position is vital to the overall success and efficiency of the store, requiring a strong focus on our brand commitment while serving customers and achieving results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression.
  • Building lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences.
  • Understanding organizational goals and making decisions that align with company priorities.
  • Taking ownership of personal sales metrics and developing strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and demonstrating Coach's selling and service expectations consistently.
Sales Floor Responsibilities:

Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers while maintaining productive relationships. Ensure a positive shopping experience by:

  • Communicating fashion knowledge and awareness of competition.
  • Providing detailed product knowledge, including features and benefits.
  • Cross-selling and encouraging product add-ons tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and adapting to customer cues.
Operational Duties:

Complete daily operational tasks without compromising service quality or Coach standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
  • Adhering to retail policies and procedures, including cash handling and asset protection.
  • Supporting inventory processes and replenishing stock as needed.
Additional Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in a sales role, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Knowledge of current fashion trends is essential.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile devices.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.

Schedule: Flexibility to meet scheduling expectations, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
