Key Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will play a vital role in supporting the Sponsor's Intelligence Language Institute (ILi) by providing essential front office assistance, cultivating partnerships with senior leadership, and facilitating the execution of the Sponsor's strategic vision.

As a Front Office Systems Integrator (FO/SI), the individual will serve as the primary aide to the ILi Director, necessitating a high level of trust and confidence from the principal. The FO/SI will undertake a variety of intricate assignments and special projects for the Director while closely collaborating to offer direct support to the Deputy Director, Technical Directors, and Chief of Staff. A strong ability to work both collaboratively as part of the Executive Staff and independently with minimal oversight is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule, providing assistance to office directors and staff with daily operational needs and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the principal's workflow and priorities by coordinating schedules and anticipating future needs.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the Director and Deputy Director's roles, responsibilities, and preferences to support mission objectives and organizational protocols.
  • Act as the principal's representative, collaborating with various elements to ensure timely and coordinated actions regarding ILi programs and activities.
  • Serve as the focal point for all administrative support to the principal, ensuring professional and reliable service delivery.
  • Engage in additional projects, including taking meeting minutes, preparing slide presentations, and managing Excel documents.
  • Respond accurately to routine and moderately complex inquiries and requests in a clear and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and liaise with relevant support teams to fulfill travel requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain a Ts/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience level: BS 10-12 years, MS 8-10 years, PhD 5-7 years.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite, capable of preparing technical and non-technical presentations for executive use.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning, change management, and financial oversight within a large organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team settings and coordinate information flow across programs.
  • Capability to establish technical specifications and standards, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure system coherence.
