Senior Insurance Business Developer

The Regional Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client success for SysMind Tech's clients in the insurance domain. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategic priorities to drive client business forward, acting as a conduit between the client and SysMind Tech.
This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its business strategy, as well as strong consultative selling skills and relationship development expertise. The successful candidate will have a track record of success in building customer relationships, influencing client strategy, and aligning business capabilities to maximize penetration in the region.
The Regional Client Success Manager will form one of the key roles in driving business forward, closely partnering with senior global stakeholders to define and execute priorities. This includes building strong relationships with existing and new clients, maintaining responsibility for SLK's relationships with Clients key commercial audiences, procurement, and other applicable functions.
The role also involves implementing a cross-account team prospecting and client engagement strategy to ensure proactive engagement with the account, anticipating client needs and leveraging SLK expertise to develop both short- and long-term opportunities. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in building unique client engagement approaches and a differentiated value proposition.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location for this role is flexible, but preference will be given to candidates based in the region where the company has a significant presence.
The ideal candidate will have a highly seasoned executive with strong Insurance Domain expertise and a deep understanding of business strategy and processes of larger manufacturing companies. They will be a natural leader and influencer, able to build relationships easily and engage with Senior Executives at client sites as a knowledge partner.
