Senior Business Development Director

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth in the US market for Archimed, a leading private equity firm. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our presence in North America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biologics, including vaccines, protein, cell, and gene therapy. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, EP). A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or quality controls of biologics is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive base salary ($120,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually) with opportunities for annual incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility for eligible employees.
