Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Representative to join Allstate Insurance Status Agency LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Presenting and selling insurance policies to new and existing clients with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and calculating suitable plans based on clients' needs, leveraging your knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Resolving client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Expanding business reach through strategic networking techniques and partnerships
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Tracking and identifying areas of improvement to enhance overall performance and efficiency

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • The ability to build rapport with clients, establish trust, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
