Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assistance at the IT Help Desk or in-office during standard business hours.
- Manage the provisioning and tracking of loaner devices.
- Collaborate with staff to execute computer upgrades and transitions.
- Offer first-level support for audio-visual challenges in meeting rooms and provide onsite assistance for company-wide events.
- Handle returned equipment and prepare it for either reuse or recycling.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support within a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with support ticket management systems, preferably JIRA Service Desk.
- Proficient in Mac OS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Solid understanding of contemporary Windows operating systems.
- Basic expertise in audio/video troubleshooting and support.
- Experience with at least two of the following platforms: Google Workplace, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Zendesk, Slack.
- 6-month contract with potential for extensions or conversion to full-time employment.
