Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Stefanini North America and APAC. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for desktop environments, including Windows 10 and Mac OSX.
  • Manage software installations, updates, and patches across a large-scale endpoint infrastructure.
  • Support C-suite executives with their technical needs and ensure high levels of service.
  • Utilize End Point Management solutions to enhance system performance and security.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures and anti-virus solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues effectively.
  • Create and manage Group Policy objects to ensure compliance and security.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and manage Active Directory user accounts.
  • Oversee hardware and software asset management processes.
  • Lead technology projects and deployments, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies such as Intune, Windows Analytics, and Autopilot.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
  • Provide support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients and audio/visual equipment.
  • Work with Citrix environments and understand financial applications.
  • Ensure security protocols, including disk encryption and anti-virus measures, are in place.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings using platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Engineering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
