About the Role

Cerity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customized presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Manage the distribution of client reports and other routine reporting items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate quarterly client meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Track capital activity and generate routine capital activity reports, providing insights to senior team members and clients.
  • Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and investor portal, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner, supporting senior team members and clients.
  • Contribute to the development of internal models and processes to respond to client inquiries, driving process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of investment concepts and asset classes.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with strong academic credentials and a passion for learning.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in Bloomberg or CRM a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior team members, clients, and investors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
