FGP is looking for a meticulous and proactive Interim Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is essential for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the seamless functioning of our office environment.

This position requires full-time presence during standard business hours, offering competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and welcoming visitors
  • Coordinating the use of shared meeting spaces, including setup and refreshments
  • Overseeing the upkeep and supply of communal areas such as the café and reception
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shared facilities
  • Handling mail and package logistics
  • Assisting with the procurement of promotional materials
  • Arranging catering for corporate events and meetings
  • Creating presentations for internal celebrations
  • Preparing identification materials for new team members
  • Facilitating financial documentation as required
  • Compiling expense reports when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or office coordination roles
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with a focus on task prioritization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, paid weekly
