  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to quality service, and a background in hospitality management. Experience in accounting and reservations is also beneficial.
