Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the community in alignment with company policies and state regulations.
  • Foster a warm, caring, and positive environment while maintaining professional communication with leadership, staff, residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community and grounds to uphold quality assurance and create excellent first impressions for residents and guests.
  • Facilitate daily meetings with department heads to monitor key performance indicators and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Assist department leaders in the formulation, application, and enforcement of departmental policies and professional standards.
  • Consult with department heads to identify and rectify operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain team members who align with the community's culture and requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive orientation, onboarding, and continuous training to staff to ensure outstanding resident care and employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations for all community employees, residents, and visitors, including fire safety, health regulations, and infection control.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and review financial reports monthly to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and company standards.
  • Address resident complaints and grievances, documenting actions taken and discussing resolutions with residents and their families as appropriate.
  • Promote an open-door policy and a high level of service among residents and staff.
  • Ensure prompt communication and resolution of conflicts when concerns arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information related to residents and staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years in long-term care management preferred.
  • Must possess or be eligible for an active Georgia Administrator's license.
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations in Georgia is essential.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and respond effectively in emergency situations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for up to 2 hours daily.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching.
  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
