Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist and Legal Assistant to join our team at Outside Chief Legal LLC. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and manage tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm, including managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate smoothly with team members and maintain a strong focus on customer service, working well within a team environment and adapting to changes in work responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistently accurate work and delivering high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving: Make decisions in collaboration with the team and supervisors, particularly when under time constraints or facing evolving situations.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen attentively and empathetically to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Administrative Experience: Possess previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with proficiency in administrative tasks and the ability to handle them efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under close supervision in a stable and secure team environment and adapt to changes in work structure and responsibilities.
