Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at Urbanna Landscaping, an up-and-coming landscape design firm. This role will provide executive-level support to our owner-designer and overall office, driving growth and expansion through efficient administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of continuous bookkeeping experience, with familiarity with terminology, job costing, producing reports, and interface with client paperwork. They will also be fluent in Mac and PC platforms, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities will include organizing data and information, initiating expense analysis, retrieving and using data from QuickBooks, communicating with the accountant, and negotiating arrangements with vendors and creditors. The successful candidate will also create a written work program, tabulate expenses, track and project cash flow, and provide job costing reports.
This position offers a competitive salary of $30 per hour, 30-40 hours of work per week, and benefits including referral bonuses, monthly lunch with the field team, retirement contributions, performance-based raises, increased responsibilities, and position advancement opportunities.
