**Job Title:** Medication Administration Professional

**Estimated Salary:** $42,000 - $50,000 per year

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow facility policies and procedures governing medication administration.
  • Note and report errors in medication administration to supervisor.
  • Implement procedures to determine medication errors, including when, where, and why they occur, and how to prevent them.

  • Certification as a Medication Aide
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
