Salary

The selected candidate will be offered a competitive hourly wage of $29.99, paid weekly. This rate reflects the current market standards for professionals with similar experience and qualifications in the Grants Management Bureau.

Job Description

As a Subgrant Analyst, you will play a crucial role in performing administrative functions within the Grants Management Bureau. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing Requests for Payment and Requests for Approval.
  • Processing purchase requests, purchase orders, and dis-encumbrance.
  • Analyzing expenditures and revenues for operating business units.
  • Ensuring the proper operating business units are used.
  • Providing technical assistance to subrecipients related to their subgrants.
  • Maintaining files (paper and electronic) for grant, match funding, and state management cost with all required documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in SHARE and Procurement experience at the state level.
  • Two-year accounting degree or equivalent; desirable: Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced database skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and learn new software quickly.
