About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the clinic and hospital setting to promote the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory growth and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and teams
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related work experience
  • 3+ years successful direct field sales experience
  • Ability to work in the field 90% of the time, including some overnights
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales is preferred

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $120,445 to $170,040 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
