Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Supreme International in the Western US territory, fostering strong relationships with dealers and customers to drive business growth and market share expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth in the Western US territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to dealers and customers to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of sales technology and systems.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time to visit dealers and customers, attend trade shows, and participate in sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in sales planning, forecasting, and territory management.
