About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at G.A.G. Industries INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through targeted sales efforts and networking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of driving new prospect revenue growth
  • Strong ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, resulting in increased sales and market share
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and execution to achieve territory growth and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales techniques, negotiation skills, and relationship-building to effectively engage with potential customers
  • Adept at maintaining accurate sales records and reports to track progress and provide valuable insights for sales strategies and improvements
