Territory Sales Manager

MasterTag is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the horticultural industry.
- Strong understanding of the industry supply chain and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
