Job Overview

Greetings, I am Dillip Kumar, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TechnoGen Inc.. We are currently seeking a Cloud Security Analyst for one of our esteemed clients. Below is the detailed job overview.

Position: Cloud Security Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess at least one advanced cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, or other relevant security credentials; multiple certifications are preferred.
  • Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of NIST standards, including NIST SP rev 1, rev 1 or 2, rev 5, 80060 Vol 1 rev 1 & 2 rev 1, and rev 3.
  • Experience in implementing systems within a compliant environment such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and SOX.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively across various stakeholder groups, regardless of hierarchical structures.
  • Showcase strong project execution and management skills.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP reporting requirements, including risk assessments, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and remediation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with government compliance frameworks, including OMB requirements, FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and CSF.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, architectures, technologies, and services.
  • Prior experience with FedRAMP processes and certification.
  • Advanced understanding of project management methodologies, information security compliance, and the implementation of security architectures and standards.
  • Awareness of laws and regulations governing information security and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and customer requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational agility, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of management and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
