Job Summary

This is a clinic-based role that requires a high level of healthcare expertise. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the direction of a supervisor, physician, or advanced practice provider to provide patients with the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and caring attitude with all patients, guests, physicians, and staff.
  • Create a patient-centered work environment where everyone is accountable for a superior patient experience.
  • Perform patient rooming, including interviewing patients, completing medication reconciliation, taking and measuring vital signs, and operating electrocardiographs.
  • Take phone and portal messages from patients and return them under supervision or direction of the provider.
  • Schedule appointments, perform secretarial tasks, and complete forms appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Completed state-approved CNA program.
  • State/NLNAC certification is required.
  • 1-2 years of direct healthcare experience of similar scope.
