Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage public relations initiatives and communication materials, including digital content, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Ensure the consistent portrayal of the Country Club's brand identity and market positioning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Country Club and external stakeholders, including media and community organizations.
  • Oversee the design and approval of all printed and digital materials, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Lead special projects and events, fostering community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish effective communication protocols for various scenarios.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to announce club-related news and events.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence, enhancing engagement and visibility.
  • Create promotional materials for club events, ensuring clear communication of details.

  • Be present at major club events, including select weekends throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, business administration, or public relations preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

The candidate must be able to:

  • Read and write proficiently in English.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Stand, walk, and lift items as necessary throughout the workday.
