Job Title: Busway Sales Manager

LS Cable & System USA is seeking a highly skilled Busway Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining LS Cable's sales in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage independent sales representative organizations and sales to distribution, distribution sales to contractors and end users.
  • Develop and implement Distributor, Representation, and Contractor Programs, including training, joint sales calls, and maintenance of company databases.
  • Establish relationships with contractors and distributors, and provide feedback to Product Management regarding new business opportunities.
  • Support business development and coordinate efforts with LS Cable manufacturers' representatives in their area of responsibility.
  • Communicate with Marketing regarding competitive environment and product enhancements, and gain insight into customers' internal corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant electrical cable industry experience and/or training.
  • Current familiarity and contacts in the designated territory.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Market knowledge of electrical wire and cable for commercial and industrial applications.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • General technical comprehension of electrical wire and cable properties and standards.
  • Ability to analyze pricing and contribution margin.
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
  • Ability to use a PC or laptop, and the Windows operating environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
