Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at POSER Brand Marketing Agency. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our comprehensive marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination & Support
    • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking the execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Maintain project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are on schedule and deadlines are met.
    • Help coordinate meetings, document key actions, and distribute follow-up notes to team members.
    • Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  2. Data Collection & Reporting
    • Help gather data from different marketing channels (digital, traditional, etc.) for analysis.
    • Assist with auditing financials, customer data, and lead sources as directed by the Project Manager.
    • Compile data into easy-to-read reports for review by the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  3. Campaign Support
    • Provide administrative support in the launch of marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and content distribution.
    • Coordinate content calendars, assist with social media post scheduling, and track campaign performance metrics.
    • Monitor campaign deliverables and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  4. Market & Competitor Research
    • Assist in conducting industry research and compiling competitor marketing strategies as part of the larger project.
    • Organize research findings into summary reports that the Project Manager can use to inform strategy.
  5. Technology & Tool Support
    • Assist with tracking and maintaining updates in marketing automation tools (e.g., CRM systems, lead tracking platforms).
    • Help troubleshoot any minor issues with marketing tools and assist with the onboarding of new tools if required.
  6. Team Collaboration
    • Support internal teams, including sales and marketing, by coordinating the flow of information and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status.
    • Help facilitate the training of team members on lead attribution models, CRM updates, and campaign procedures under the supervision of the Project Manager.
  7. Documentation & Administrative Tasks
    • Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of project plans, status updates, and completed deliverables.
    • Track budget allocations and expenses, assisting the Project Manager with budget reviews and updates.
    • Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to keep the project running smoothly.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative problem solver.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello), and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team. Active listening and note taking is a must.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing project documentation and schedules.
  • Attention to Self: Proactive and self-aware.
Preferred:
  • Some knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, including social media or email marketing.
