Director of Business Growth and Expansion

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for SSH Real Estate and SSH Management.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage and organize database of existing and prospective clients.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling SSH Real Estate and SSH Management's suite of services to existing clients, particularly in the facilities management division.
- Develop and execute strategies to upsell and enhance the value of our offerings to current clients.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure successful implementation of cross-sold services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development performance and opportunities.
- Marketing and Networking:
- Develop and manage company marketing budget
- Promote corporate image and act as brand ambassador for the company.
- Attend networking events.
- Leverage company newsletter and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) to promote services, engage with potential clients, and expand our online presence
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the various divisions (facility management, property management, brokerage, and investments) to understand service capabilities and align business development strategies.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Assist with negotiating and coordinating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in Commercial Real Estate/Property management
- Certifications or memberships in professional organizations is a plus
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while working collaboratively across departments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
