Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the market. As the Sales Director, you will collaborate with revenue management and marketing departments to develop strategies that maximize revenue per available room (REVPAR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Maintain a high-performing team environment with clear communication and ensure excellent client service through team collaboration and cross-training.
