Company Overview:

CloudHQ LLC is a global investment and development firm with a multifamily development arm, Dalian Development. Our mission is to develop high-quality multifamily products in select markets.

We have delivered over 1,000 units in Philadelphia and San Antonio, and we are actively developing projects in Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA, and Pittsburgh, PA.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Senior Multifamily Investment Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing real estate investment opportunities. They will oversee asset performance and ensure successful pipeline and portfolio growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate acquisitions and/or asset management
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with real estate valuation techniques
  • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs
  • Deep understanding of real estate investment principles, particularly in multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing sectors
