About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Housing Maintenance Professional to join our team at ResidentialONE LLC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to utilize their skills and expertise in maintaining the physical properties of our multifamily housing communities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including:

  1. Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  2. Responding to service requests from residents and management staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of work completed, including inventory management and tool tracking.
  4. Assisting with apartment inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent technical skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously and bend, squat, climb stairs frequently.
