About the Role

As a Senior Multifamily Investment Manager at CloudHQ LLC, you will be responsible for driving our multifamily development arm, Dalian Development. Your primary focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and managing real estate investment opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, affordable housing agencies, and industry professionals
  • Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership and investors
  • Develop and review detailed financial models to assess the viability of potential investments
  • Negotiate complex transactions, including purchase agreements, joint venture partnerships, and financing arrangements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate acquisitions and/or asset management
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with real estate valuation techniques
  • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs
