Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Design Professional to join our team at Hickok Cole. This role will involve designing and developing innovative interior spaces for multifamily and senior living projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in hospitality and multifamily residential interior design/architecture, with a strong background in technical expertise, code analysis, consultant coordination, and project management. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interior spaces for multifamily and senior living projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them through the design process.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in hospitality and multifamily residential interior design/architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
  • Strong technical skills in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Valid work permit for the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEED and/or WELL accreditation.
  • Progress towards NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure.
