SporTherapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Medical Office Reception Coordinator to enhance our team.

Compensation:
$16-$18 per hour
Work Schedule:
MWF 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM and T/TH 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
This essential role encompasses all front desk operations, including delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments.
Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs in accordance with company protocols, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
Accurately register patients and establish patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Efficiently coordinate patient appointments for both new and returning patients.
Carry out routine administrative tasks promptly, such as preparing patient charts/documents, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, performing data entry, and collecting payments.
Exhibit exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone handling, filing, data entry), and fundamental math skills.
Excellent telephone manners, a friendly demeanor, and outstanding customer service abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with others.
Prior experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
