Job Summary

AFLCMC's mission is to provide integrated Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Information (C4I) systems and manage strategic C4I resources in support of AMC's global air mobility mission. Agile Defense requires technical and support task services that enable the operational functionality and readiness state of the systems, infrastructure, and services that satisfy the HQ AMC mission for the Mobility Air Force (MAF) C2 Business Systems, projects, applications, and infrastructures. These services in total are referred to as Systems Infrastructure, Applications, Operations and Maintenance Services (SIAOMS). SIAOMS is AMC's answer to meeting these IT challenges by leveraging hardware, software, services, and support resource consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide support as needed for customer service for problem resolution in regard to Tier I/II support applications.
* Excellent customer service skills are a must, along with verbal and written skills.
* Perform quality checks of all provided inputs to the book of knowledge for each application upon resolution of issues.
* Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of minimum experience and is required to have at least a minimum education of high school or equivalent as well as technical experience and appropriate certification.
* DoD IAT Level I Certification (Minimally).

Working Conditions

* Government and/or Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
